Environmental Permitting

At Golden Dove Technology Systems Corporation, we understand the importance of environmental permitting. It is a crucial process that ensures our operations are in compliance with environmental regulations.

Environmental permitting involves obtaining permissions in the form of permits before conducting any activity that could potentially impact the environment. This includes, but is not limited to, activities related to water and wastewater treatment, air pollution control, and waste management.

We work closely with the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. They provide an Online Permitting and Monitoring System which simplifies the process of applying for and managing environmental permits. This system is designed to ensure that all our activities meet the necessary environmental standards and regulations.

Before we can register on the Online Permitting and Monitoring System, we must first register on the Company Registration System. Once registered, we can apply for various permits such as the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and the Priority Chemical List (PCL).

The COC is a requirement under Section 22 of Republic Act 8749 (Clean Air Act of 1999) for any imported new or locally-assembled new motor vehicle. It certifies that a motor vehicle type complies with the emission standards set pursuant to the Act.

The PCL is a list of existing and new chemicals that the DENR-EMB has determined to potentially pose an unreasonable risk to public health, workplace, and the environment.
